Order processing and parcel shipping takes place Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm GMT+1 (except recognized public holidays in Italy).
Shipments from www.colvet.it are insured against theft or damage; If you receive a clearly damaged package, we invite you not to collect it and leave it with the courier.
The insurance coverage expires once the delivery has been collected.
Shipments cost €10.00 for each order placed up to €149.99.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €150.00.

Returns
1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty within 14 days, starting from the date of delivery of the products.
2. If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, the goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and correctly completed return form) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Colvet S.r.l. will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal as quickly as possible and in any case within a maximum of 30 days. 3. In case of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or are defective, the CUSTOMER must communicate it, as required by the art. 132 of the consumer code, via e-mail to Colvet S.r.l. customer service. specifying whether you wish to have the item replaced or whether you wish to have a refund within 2 months of discovering the lack of conformity, Colvet S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the disputed non-conformity and in case of confirmation it will send the replacement goods or to a refund by crediting the card used by the customer for the purchase.
The return is free if made by hand in one of the Colvet S.r.l. stores.
The costs for returning the products will be borne by the customer who will completely take care of the return shipping.
Once we have received the returned goods and verified the integrity of the products, we will issue the credit within 10 working days:
– Via DISCOUNT COUPON for the value of the returned goods: the discount coupon does not expire and can be used on a new purchase and will also benefit from free shipping costs. It must be used entirely in a subsequent purchase (it is not a deductible credit that can be used multiple times). THE DISCOUNT COUPON WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONLY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE INTACT RETURN AT OUR OFFICE. Shipping costs are free only for Italy.
